Role of communication in the organization management process

Abstract


The article presents the terms and conditions of the relevant communication in organization management. Shaping the appropriate organizational behavior, including assigning tasks, information on the execution of the tasks of workers in the framework of organizational cells or entire organization is essential in the management of the organization. It should be emphasized that the various problems in communication can lead to conflicts between employees, between employees and their superiors, and as a result - to prevent completion of assigned tasks.
